How long can I ride on a full battery?
Our e-bikes come with long-range batteries, allowing you to ride for up to 70km on a single charge. This means you can explore multiple wineries and trails without worrying about running out of power.
Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends and holidays, as our e-bikes are in high demand. You can book online or call us directly.
Where do I pick up and return the e-bike?
All rentals are picked up and returned at BIG4 Rutherglen Holiday Park. Our team will provide a quick briefing on how to use the e-bike before you set off.

How much does it cost to rent an e-bike?
- Half-Day Rental (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM): $55
- Full-Day Rental (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM): $85
All rentals include helmets, maps, and a full battery charge.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit is fully refundable upon safe return of the e-bike.
What happens if I return the bike late?
- If you return a half-day rental after 12:30 PM, you will be charged for a full day.
- Full-day rentals must be returned by 5:00 PM.
- Late returns may result in additional fees.
Do you offer refunds if I cancel my booking?
- Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours in advance.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking.
Safety & Equipment
Do I need to wear a helmet?
Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory for all riders in accordance with Australian cycling laws. Helmets are provided with every rental.
What should I wear for my ride?
We recommend:

What if my e-bike has a mechanical issue during my ride?
