Full Day: $85

  • Not at all! Our e-bikes have pedal-assist, making it easy for anyone to ride. Whether you're an experienced cyclist or a beginner, you’ll find the ride smooth and effortless.

  • Our e-bikes come with long-range batteries, allowing you to ride for up to 70km on a single charge. This means you can explore multiple wineries and trails without worrying about running out of power.

  • We highly recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends and holidays, as our e-bikes are in high demand. You can book online or call us directly.

  • All rentals are picked up and returned at BIG4 Rutherglen Holiday Park. Our team will provide a quick briefing on how to use the e-bike before you set off.

    • (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM): $85
      All rentals include helmets, maps, and a full battery charge.

  • Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit is fully refundable upon safe return of the e-bike.

    • Bikes must be returned by 5:00 PM.
    • Late returns may result in additional fees.

    • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours in advance.
    • 50% refund for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.
    • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking.

  • Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory for all riders in accordance with Australian cycling laws. Helmets are provided with every rental.

  • We recommend:

    • Comfortable clothing
    • Closed-toe shoes
    • Sunglasses and sunscreen (especially in summer)

  • Our e-bikes are regularly maintained, but if you experience any issues, contact us immediately, and we’ll assist you. We provide a support number for on-the-go assistance.

  • We provide detailed route maps and recommended trails to make navigation easy. If you need help, call our support line, and we'll guide you back.

  • Yes! Our recommended itineraries include multiple wineries, and our e-bikes make it easy to ride between them without getting tired.

  • Absolutely! Most of our recommended routes are on flat, well-maintained paths, making them accessible for all experience levels.

  • Yes, we provide maps and detailed route recommendations based on your interests, whether you want a relaxed winery ride or a longer scenic adventure.
